Baseball themed Baby Shower
The timeless tradition of American baseball is honored by the baseball themed baby shower. The most appropriate colors of this shower are red, white, and blue in nature. The invitations can be baseball shaped cards with the party details detailed on the back to invite the guests. Appropriately enough the centerpiece which is the cake is a single tiered cake decorated with blue ribbon icing hosting a sign reading ‘baby’ on the top. On each side of the cake are mini sized colorful cupcakes adorned with fluffy whipped icing. Next to the mini cupcakes are fragile rock styled suckers and suckers on a stick displayed in clear glass vases. On the outside of the delectable suckers are clear serving bowls filled with authentic ballpark popcorn, unshelled peanuts, and cracker jacks boxes cleverly displayed. Some are displayed in a small wooden wagon with a baseball emblem adhered. Above the table is a larger than life picturesque arrangement. The red, white, and blue montage consists of a large baseball sign aside red and blue round organically folded circles and cratered shapes, bringing a flare to the backdrop of the table. On the front of the table is a signage reading ‘lil slugger’, which makes the guests smile. Centered within the signage above the cake are smaller figures of baseballs, a playing field, and a bat adhered within. Some of the figures almost look floral in arrangement. Sour Red cherry balls are displayed in a smaller container along with white chocolate covered pretzels, and mini cookies. Nothing makes guests nostalgic for the memorable baseball experience as the comfort foods and the red, white, and blue, colors. This particular display is very symmetrical in presentation, take care to establish parallel design, just like a homerun hit traveling over the fence.
