8 Quick Steps to Baby Shower Planning

1. Compile a Guest list: friends, family, relatives, co-workers, partners, children
2. Select a theme: Examples are pink color, princess, ladybug theme for girls, blue color, jungle, prince themes for boys, or gender reveal
3. Get decorations for the theme: Tableware, banner, streamer, garland, pompom, balloons, cake, diaper cake, centerpiece, printable party kit for your theme (cupcake wrapper, toppers, water bottle labels, favor tags, tent cards, party flags etc). 
4. What food & drinks to serve: Finger food, catered food or full course meal
5. Venue: Restaurant, reception, host's home, park
6. Send out Invitations: Send out around 4 weeks prior to baby shower. Baby shower is usually held 6 weeks before due date
7. Prepare few fun games: Activity games such as pacifier and diaper games or paper/printable based games such as bingo, animal, nursery rhymes and unscramble games
8. Prepare favors: A small gift for the guests. DIY or purchased favors for game winners & for rest of the guests who attended
